Domestic Shipping (USA)
We currently offer two simple and affordable shipping options within the U.S.:
- Economy Shipping: $3.99 (Estimated 3–8 business days)
- Standard Shipping: $7.99 (Estimated 1–3 business days)
- Free Shipping: On all orders over $70 (Estimated 3–8 business days)
Tracking numbers will be provided by email once your order is shipped.
Please note: These timeframes exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.
International Shipping
We do our best to ensure reliable international delivery. However, we do not have control over customs or local courier processes and are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
- USA: 3–8 business days
- Rest of the world: 3–12 business days (tracking availability may vary)
In rare cases, international delivery may take longer than expected due to customs or carrier issues. If tracking shows no updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will gladly reship your order.
Note: Delays may be more common during high-volume periods such as holidays (November–December) and promotional events.
Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders typically take 3–5 business days to process, which includes verification, packaging, and carrier dispatch.
Once shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. During peak periods such as sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and always strive for prompt delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We work with a trusted network of shipping partners including Amazon Logistics, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
The carrier used for your order is automatically selected based on item origin and warehouse location. As we partner with multiple fulfillment sources, shipping methods may vary from order to order.
While we cannot manually choose a specific carrier per order, rest assured that we closely monitor all shipments to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Cancelling an Order
If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us immediately at essentiallyyours.team@gmail.com.
- Orders cancelled within 30 minutes of placement may incur a $20 transaction fee.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, we regret that we are unable to cancel it.
Please contact us as soon as possible to increase the chances of cancellation before processing begins.
